Central system managing the company's organizational structure, access control and reporting. A single source of truth with full change history (and its management), interactive dashboards and XLSX exports. I'm responsible for the project end-to-end.

A series of tools automating consecutive phases of a single customer case, covering distinct business processes. I analyzed flows, identified automation opportunities and built tailored solutions with dashboards and exports for a specific operational area.

A lightweight automation tool that generates structured notes from clipboard input and predefined keyword configurations. Brings measurable time savings to analysts. I designed the core logic and refined the UX based on feedback.

A large-scale project that aggregates data from multiple internal web services. I contributed automation components (robots) responsible for extracting, transforming and normalizing data, with robust scraping that adapts to varied application behaviors.

A platform for improving agricultural production and city infrastructure usage, based on IoT and a modern web interface. I designed and implemented a module enabling communication between measuring devices and the application over the SNMP protocol, and supported the development of the remaining components.

Internal system for employee time tracking, project progress monitoring, company structure management and financial reporting. I developed new features, modified existing logic to match evolving business needs, resolved reported issues and worked directly with stakeholders on requirements.

A personal life management app with a plugin-based architecture, where each module (budget, habits, todo, planner, trackers) can be enabled independently from the rest of the functionality. Designed with multi-tenancy and per-module licensing in mind, with a deployment plan ranging from local Docker for personal use to the cloud as a product. Planned in a web version (MVP) and a mobile one.

A private real-time market-data stream-processing platform. Self-hosted 24/7 deployment. Event-driven Python core (asyncio, ingestion via WebSocket and REST polling, multi-stage filter pipeline), SQLite with versioned migrations and self-heal, FastAPI split into admin/public surfaces. CI/CD: GitHub Actions → GHCR → Coolify, container under supervisord, exposed via Cloudflare Tunnel.

Self-hosted infrastructure for data, media and personal apps. Proxmox VM/LXC hypervisor, external access exclusively through Tailscale and Cloudflare Tunnel. No ports exposed to the public internet.
