The controller of your personal data is Antoni Myzia, operator of antcore.dev (Rzeszów, Poland).

You provide data voluntarily by filling in the contact form. We only collect:

• — name (or a label) - as entered by you in the form,
• — email address - so I can reply to your message,
• — message content - whatever information you choose to share,
• — IP address and technical data - processed automatically by Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from bots and abuse.

We process the form data to respond to your enquiry and correspond with you - on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in handling contact).

We process technical data (IP) to keep the site secure and protect it from automated abuse - on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

To run the site I rely on trusted providers that process data on my behalf:

• — Cloudflare, Inc. - site hosting and the Turnstile service (form bot protection),
• — Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) - technical delivery of the email sent from the form,
• — Google LLC (Gmail) - the inbox that receives your message.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. I do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes.

I keep messages from the form for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for any period required to establish or defend against legal claims. Once the correspondence is no longer needed, the data is deleted.

antcore.dev does not use cookies for analytics, marketing or profiling. There is no Google Analytics or any tracking tool.

The only files that may be stored are strictly necessary cookies used by Cloudflare Turnstile on pages with the contact form - they serve solely to ensure security and tell a human apart from a bot. Under applicable law strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent, which is why the site does not display a cookie banner.

Fonts are served by Bunny Fonts - a privacy-focused service that sets no cookies and does not track users.

In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:

• — access your data and obtain a copy,
• — rectify (correct) your data,
• — erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”),
• — restrict processing,
• — object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• — data portability,
• — lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
