Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the antcore.dev website. The site is informational and serves as a personal portfolio, presenting the professional profile and projects of its owner.

1. General provisions

The owner and operator of antcore.dev is Antoni Myzia (Rzeszów, Poland), hereinafter the “Owner”.

By using the site you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Scope of the site

The site provides informational content free of charge, including a digital CV, project descriptions and a contact form that lets you send a message to the Owner.

3. Rules of use

You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and good practice. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • provide unlawful, offensive or misleading content,
  • use the contact form to send spam or unsolicited commercial information,
  • take any action that disrupts the site or compromises its security.

4. Contact form

Using the form is voluntary and free of charge. By sending a message you confirm that the data provided is accurate and that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. How data from the form is processed is described in the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

Content published on the site (text, graphics, layout, code) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Owner or is used under the relevant licences. Copying and redistributing it without permission requires attribution and, where applicable, the Owner's prior consent.

6. Liability

The site is informational and provided “as is”. The Owner makes every effort to keep the content accurate and up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

The site may contain links to external websites. The Owner is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of the sites those links point to.

7. Complaints and contact

Any remarks about how the site works can be sent to: contact@antcore.dev. A reply will be provided within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to these terms

The Owner may amend these terms as the site evolves or the law changes. The current version applies from the moment it is published on this page.

9. Governing law

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the applicable acts on the provision of electronic services and personal data protection.
